From five matches to a cascade in Retro Sweets

A 6x9 grid with Neon and Sweets themes puts six columns and nine rows of candy symbols on screen. Cluster Link wins need five or more adjacent symbols of the same kind. Winning symbols disappear, and the remaining symbols drop into the gaps. Each drop can form a new win, so one spin may pay more than once. Six candy kinds fill the grid, each with its own paytable value.

Three Wild Candy Symbols start Free Spins: six spins for three symbols, twelve for six. Push Bet raises the total bet to 2x or 4x the base bet and guarantees one or two Wild Candy Symbols. Wins still count on the base bet, not the raised total. The Super Free Spins mode guarantees one random-value Wild Multiplier Symbol.

What the free spins cost up front

120x Base Bet buys the Normal Free Spins Feature and 400x buys the Super one; at the A$5 top bet, the money is in the table.

Know what pays

The five stages of one round

The order of a round, from the bet you pick to the limit you set.

  1. Retro Sweets stake range

From A$0.10 to A$100 per spin, you pick the bet before every round starts. Every payout in the paytable is calculated on the base bet you choose.

  2. Before the cascade, after the collapse

Five or more matching candies side by side on the 6x9 grid form a win. Winning candies cascade and collapse, and the next win can form from the new layout.

  3. Check the cap before you spin

10,000x the base bet is the win cap of the base game, which runs on a Cluster Link grid with cascades.

  4. When Wild Candy lands

Three or more Wild Candy Symbols landing anywhere on the grid start the feature. Three symbols give 6 free spins and six symbols give 12.

  5. A session you can stop

Set a loss limit and a session time before the first spin. Stop when either limit is reached.

How does a cluster win?

Before every base spin

Turning on Push Bet raises the Total Bet by 100% of the Base Bet, so the total is 2x. It guarantees 1 Wild Candy Symbol on every base spin. Wins are still evaluated on the Base Bet, not the higher total. This version runs at an RTP of 96.05%.

Early wins say little about the final result

96.49% is the RTP of the Base Game, and it describes the average return over a very large number of rounds, not the outcome of your session. How often the free spins trigger is not known before you play, because 3 Wild Candy Symbols can land on any spin. One session can bring several triggers or none, and its result is random whatever the RTP.

96.05% to 96.49% covers the five RTP versions of Retro Sweets. The version running on Live Casino is shown only in the game rules, so read them before you place a stake. Each version changes the long-run return, not the result of a single session.

10,000x the bet is the maximum win of Retro Sweets, a ceiling reached very rarely. The cap is a limit on the payout, not a target, and no session can be planned around it, however long it runs.

Practise the reels before wagering any cash

Most players fear a trial run will quietly draw on their balance.

The demo needs no money and pays nothing. The real game needs an account at Live Casino and you must be 18 or older.

Spent money, not a balance

Set the budget before the first spin, and treat the amount as money spent, not a balance to win back.

Stop on wins, not later

Choose your stopping point before you spin, and keep to it after a big win as well as after a loss.

Money caps, not willpower

Set deposit and loss limits in your account before a session, so a run of losses cannot reach money you need.

Keep the game fun

If the game stops being fun, take a break or self-exclude through BetStop, and do not return to the reels to recover losses.
